Prepare yourself:
             Teacher should always prepare before coming to his/her class. He/she should already have lessons to be discuss on the class. He/she also have a material to use in relation with his discussion. He/she should always ready what questions to ask from his/her students.

Present your student
             Teacher should give his/her class a guide questions so that the students can easily answer during the discussion. Teacher should keep the students interested to the discussions and let them interact.
Present the Materials:
              Teacher should prepare the material to use in his/her class discussion. Before coming in the class and before starting the discussion - teacher should make sure that he/she already have the material that will going to use in the discussion. Everything should be well-plan before starting the discussion. Because by preparing well and planning well it can avoid failure from the class discussion.
Follow up:
             After preparing the lessons, preparing the materials and after the discussion - there should be a follow up. This is the time that the teacher will know if his/her student understand what the teacher being discussed. By giving a quizzes/examinations about what the teacher discuss to them.In this time the teacher can identify if his/her student catch up the discussion.
